I just got a fr777 purple-face off of ebay. And I'm having troubles with it. I
think something
is wrong in the filter section. I get a lot of what sounds like a gated ground
fault, out of it.
And in seven pole, that's all I get. An untuned low buzz that turns on and off
with the
sequencer but dose not follow in tune. Even the 303 set up page from the manual
produces
no sound until I turn the Mod amount in the filter modulation section to full.

I guess I am asking if anyone knows of a place I can have it looked at and/or
fixed. I live in
New York city, but most people have never worked on one of these.

I am able to get some cool sounds out of it, but something just feels wrong.
