Scott, my first copy of "Toca" did this too! I couldn't understand
why I couldn't see the videos or get the wallpaper. But I
accidentally lost it and went out to buy another copy that same day
(I can't live without it for a day, so sue me! :D) and my new copy
had the enhanced section. Your CD just may have been manufactured
wrong or was a regular version that had the "Enhanced Section"
notice accidentally put on it. You can download all the Fragma
music videos on KaZaA or Grokster or any other music sharing system,
and I have all the wallpapers if you would want them.
