Subject: Michael O'Bannon show at the Cinderblock, August 4

Hey y'all,

 

This is an informal plea for attendance at Michael O'Bannon's upcoming art exhibition at the Cinderblock Gallery, 931 E. Main street, on Friday, August 4, starting at 7pm.

 

The show is a career retrospective of Michael's work from the 1980s to the present, and I'd really like to see this be a hugely attended show for him. Most of you receiving this mail are probably already aware of his classic style of large paintings, but may not be hip to his more recent comic/graphic work, which I think blows everything everywhere out of the water.

 

Please come as early as possible and linger as long as possible.
