Hello. I received a song from a friend, that is supposedly by Funker
Vogt, but I can't seem to find any information about it anywhere.

The MP3 I have is called "Black Rain", but Funker Vogt doesn't seem to
have a song called it. I tried doing a search on what I could
decipher of the lyrics, and turned up nothing.

The part that stuck out most that I could understand was "..thousand
years of human suppression."

Does anyone here have any idea what this song could be? Possibly if
not Funker Vogt, but someone else?
