I was at the Deftones concert at the Nokia (NYC) last Tuesday, and this
band DEADSY was the opener. Apparently they're a LA band on the
"So Ronery" tour. They put on a really good show, so I checked
out their website (
http://www.deadsy.com <
http://www.deadsy.com/> ) and
picked them up. The reviews call it a mix between 80's new wave and
bubble-gum death metal. Whatever, I'm not in to the whole mad genre
naming game, but it's worth checking out.
If you're lazy (like most of my friends), then you'll enjoy
this. I found some of their songs in streaming format and put them up.

There're a few other songs on the MySpace account
(

Buy has the CD available.

on, but no such luck here.
