I concur!
It was a great show, however Gary was really missed, the band is hot anyhow but night and day with and without Gary.
Pat is a fine player and kudos to him for stepping up and holding it down, but Gary is on another level and an entertainer/ frontman as well.  The level of audience engagement and minds being blown is exponential when Gary is onstage.
So, best wishes for speediest recovery GL!!!

Gary,

Where were you? I got to the gig a little late, so I missed any opening announcements, but I asked a guy at the next table and he said that he thought that he heard that you broke your arm... I hope that isn't so!
But if you did break your arm, I hope that you heal fully and quickly.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Fast'N'Bulbous gig, even without your guitar brilliance. Pat Irwin did a good job - I remember him from 8 Eyed Spy [and remember their version of Diddy Wah Diddy]. I must say that I like what Fast'N'Bulbous are doing better than what The Magic Band have been doing - better to have a little variety and spice a la Fast'N'Bulbous than to academically recreate old songs, as I feel that The Magic Band does.

Best wishes,

Jim Finnigan
