MARAZENE:
Marazene is vocalist NIKK_Skum, Bassist DieTrich Thrall and drummer
Kristov along side with new live guitarist Jeph Stiph. Building on
touring experience and shows along side numerous national acts such
as; Mushroomhead, OTEP, American Head Charge, Dope, Bile,
Genitorturers, TKK, Celldweller, Acumen Nation, Five Pointe O and
many more they have laid a solid foundation based on substance
rather than smack.
With the 2006 release of their debut album, MachiNation, Marazene
dealt a blow to both the metal and industrial genres as critics and
fans from around the world garnered glowing reviews to them. 2007
also saw Marazene hit the road as never before, racking up 40+ shows
in seven states aptly titled "SkumF***erz on the Road". This May
26th show date is to be their Chicago Homecoming and final show on
their tour so come out and make them feel welcomed back as they have
been gone a long time!
LOCKJAW:
Introducing Milwaukee, Wisconsin's one and only "Hell Rock" band
Lockjaw. Avoiding commercial trends and the noxious sounds that
infest mainstream radio, Lockjaw separates themselves from the
trash. Influenced by industrial pioneers such as Skinny Puppy and
Nine Inch Nails with a touch of glam in the vein of Motley Crue to
the goth sounds of Bauhaus. Machine gun-like electronics, in your
face vocals and superb musicianship define Lockjaw's sound. A
revolution of sex, drugs and debauchery portrayed through music. Led
by Medavon on vocals and guitars with an all-star cast including
Chad on drums, Lowviolet on bass and Jose Ramirez on lead guitar.
Local airplay and a strong live show has helped to get Lockjaw some
great opening spots for national acts including Mudvayne, Damage
Plan, Orgy, Bile, Godhead, Society 1, KMFDM and a sold out 4000+
show with Marilyn Manson. The latest Lockjaw cd "Hell Inside"
features trademark Lockjaw songs like "Porno Face" and "Swallow".
Songs that not only draw the listener in with their monstrous hooks
but are also complimented with some of the dirtiest lyrics you will
ever need to hear.. An over-the-edge stage show filled with all the
neccessary elements of sweat, smoke, strobes and unrelenting honesty
adds to the live intensity of this band and keeps its loyal
following coming back for more.
CYANOTIC:
Cyanotic heralds the return of aggressive electronic / industrial,
melding elements of classic industrial dance, electro, drum 'n'
bass, rhytmic noise, IDM and industrial metal to create a unique
sonic assault.
The band enjoys a rapidly growing fan base, thanks to strong support
via word of mouth and relentless touring with the likes of The
Dillinger Escape Plan, Andrew W.K., Dismantled, Bile, Nocturne,
Stromkern, Acumen Nation, DJ? Acucrack, Cruciform Injection, De-
fragmentation, Rec|use and many more.
Cyanotic had its beginnings in early 2k2 as a collaboration between
Sean Payne, Drew Rosander and Brian Blake. The band's first release
was a collection of demos and remixes entitled "Mutual Bonding
Through Violation", which was released in the summer 2k3 via
Cyanotic's own label, Glitch Mode Recordings. The limited edition
E.P. of 1200 copies, now out of print, was met with immediate praise
and extremely positive reviews.
The summer of 2k5 saw the release of Cyanotic's debut full length
album. "Transhuman", a 12 track electronic diatribe combining aggro
punk attitude, machine driven beats, infectious synth rhythms,
brutal guitars and layers of sonic experimentation, expertly mixed
by Jason Novak of Acumen Nation / DJ? Acucrack and Chris Cozort of
Iammynewt.
"Transhuman" became an underground hit thanks to strong word of
mouth, positive reviews, relentless touring and an ever-growing
fanbase. Due to popular demand, a 2 disc deluxe edition of the now
out-of-print debut, ''Transhuman 2.0", featuring alternate mixes,
bonus tracks and guest appearances from members of Front Line
Assembly, 16 Volt and Rabbit Junk, is currently set for release in
March 2k7 via Glitch Mode Recordings.
Amongst all the shows, promotion and recording, the group have
completed production work and remixes for bands including Pigface,
Chemlab, 16 Volt, Acumen Nation, Rabbit Junk, Spit Static, The
Aggression, ManufraQture and many more. A very strong and active fan
community has since grown around the forums at the Cyanotic website,
located at cyanotic-online.com.

CTMB (Cursethismetalbody):
Curse This Metal Body began with two young men with a profound love
for technology (especially robots), sound, and music. Based in the
mid-west just north of Chi-Town, CTMB has produced an array of music
meshing their own original styles of digital and analogue. Adam,
being the brains of the operation, handled the one's and zero's.
Rabbi, being the brawn of the operation, did the handy-work. Both
flowing together with a background of heavy metal, industrial, IDM,
techno, and even a little funk, they created a sound driven by
philosophy, life experience, and simply the love of making music.
Now with the word spreading, CTMB, after 4 years in the making is
ready to release their first full-length album Enter Descent.

Expanding from their first E.P. release Kairos Short (2003), with
such songs as Progress and Overcoming Adversity, which have been
critically acclaimed on Garageband.com, the new full-length album
Enter Descent has come full circle creating a collection of songs
contrasting light/dark, heavy/melodic styles to deliver to listeners
an aggressive yet intellectual music experience. The full seven-man
lineup of CTMB consists of Adam-Keyboards, Rabbi-Guitars/Vocals,
Jeff-Guitars, Dennis-Vocals, Conor-Drums, Tom-Guitars/Bass, and
Cowboy-Bass. Although still young to the Chicago scene, CTMB's sound
has grabbed the attention of the "all ages" crowd at Chicago's
DePaul University as well as industrial and metal crowds at the
House of Blues (open for Into Eternity and Straovarious), Exit
Chicago (playing a CMF show), and the Rave in Milwaukee (opening for
KMFDM, and will be booking heavily this summer to promote the
release of the new album Enter Descent.
JILT
With influences ranging from KMFDM, Ministry ,Kraftwerk, Skinny
Puppy ,Bile, Nitzer Ebb, Manson, Sister Machine Gun, Download and
Killing Joke its no wonder that they put on a dynamic high energy
live show where its members rarely escape uninjured. Jilt is
composed of Peter Propaganda, Tom VX, DVNT, and Matt versus MusicK.
With Peter Propaganda being the driving force they have recently
played several high profile shows which included playing along side
such bands as KMFDM, Combichrist, Caustic, Apocalypse Theatre and
Cyanotic. You've heard all of the great live reviews, so now it's
time to check them out on your own!

MINDFLUXFUNERAL:
Can be defined as hardcore torture tekk which in loose terms
translates to a chaotic unleashing of vocals and sound chanting back
the ills within which we live. Tony Smith (Vocals)and Jason Prost
(Percussion) formed MindFluxfuneral in early 1993. They released
their first ep in the spring of 94.

Since their initial release mindFluxFuneral has appeared on numerous
compliations, released multiple EP's, worked with dozens of other
bands, and performed all across the Midwest United States.

In 1997 mindFluxFuneral complied many of their best tracks and put
them together into their first full length release birthMark. The
album was released by Doppler Effect Records. The album featured
chaotic ritual like tracks such as 'Hatred' and 'Infected', floor
pounding tracks such as 'Dream it Dead' and mood driven spaces such
as 'Melting Spirit'.

With a new album, Teatres De Revelacion, about to come out and an
upcoming May tour with Cyanotic. This will be your first opportunity
to see and hear the new Mind Flux. The new album looks to have about
12 tracks and contributions from surprise guest vocalists and Guitar
work done by Nikk of Marazene.
