Okay, first of all, you need to download the Hi-Net recorder you will
find in the Files section of this group.

Then, install it. Do not choose to make it your default player for
files, that is not necessary.

I'll post the next step shortly to give everyone time to do the
install.

Hey peeps! I'm new here.

Let me tell you about my deee-lite experiences..

I've been a fan for about 3 years. I heard groove is in the heart
played on the movie "Lost and Found", for a year I could'nt figure
out what it was. Then I heard it on the radio and managed to record
it onto a casette. Then I had trouble with the name, I couldn't
decide whether it was "groove is in the heart" or "I couldn't ask for
another", well, I decided to look up both. I immediately found a
match on a file sharing program, and then I had my mystery song! I
was so happy. Then a few months after that, I was at Wal-Mart, and I
skimmed through the casettes for fun and found a few copies of World
Clique, for $3 each, I bought a copy and then decided that I had to
get the rest. Today, I have all their songs, and I'm looking for the
remixes.

Everything that made me a deee-lite fan was purely based on luck or
was by accident!

Here's another little story... One day I was watching tv and saw a
commercial for bottled water which had groove is in the heart in it.
There were people walking down the street drinking the bottled water
singing groove is in the heart. I wanted to tape it, but i've only
seen it that one time. Too bad..

Recently I've been very fascinated, even obsessed with the band
(Exactly as I am with my other favorite band, Jamiroquai - My site is
www.geocities.com/jamoke1717 - Keep on funkin', boys!!), and I think
Kier is beautiful. I've even been trying to sing like her.. but it's
not doing so good.

Anyways, I've shared 3 stories, I guess that's enough for now.

Good luck to Kier, Dimitri and Tei!

Can't you upload the videos into the group? It would save people lots

The URL I gave was fro Picnic in the Summertime. The video starts off
with a bit from Bring Me Your Love (just as Runaway ends with IFO).

I cannot upload the videos to the group as that would take lots of
space and time on my part.

I cannot tell how to get the URL, because if too many poeple start
downloading everything all day long, Yahoo will change its methods.
Anyone interested should search the net and find out themselves.

Well, you just have to learn how to read the java codes in the source
pages. But enough on this anyway, this is not the aim of the group.
It is more concerned with articles and experiences.

Hi everyone. I am new to the site, but a longtime fan
of the band. I need to ask everyone a favor, and its
really important. I need for the members here on this
list to alert me at Ladycae@...(with the site
address) if you happen to come across any really
destructive or disturbing reviews about Kier in Game
chat rooms, or gossip chats, ect... Obviously, this
all has alot to do with her lawsuit, and Kier has
enlisted my help in speaking out against this mindset
that she is "greedy, oportunistic, ect..." We all know
Kier to be kind and loving, and that is the message we
want to portray to the public. Anyway, I know we cant
break into every chat room and declare war, but
atleast we can all help to quiet the somewhat
disturbing emails she has been recieving. Thank you so
much everyone!

Hi Casey,

Earlier this month I was looking around for such chat rooms as well,
and protected Lady Kier. Honestly, most of the people that talk in
those places have no clue what they are talking about and their
information on Lady Kier is non-existant. There are lots of rude
people on the net who view freedom of speech to be the same thing as
freedom to be a jerk.

Anyway, if I run into some new ones, I'll let you know. And please,
let the group know the URLs you have visited (ort answered to) so
that we can all follow the developments.

Thanks,
Hakan

Dear Deee-lite lovers!

I am writing to each and every one of you to let you know(if you didnt
already know) that there are some really bullsh*t things going on
between a multi-million dollar operation called SEGA and Lady Kier.
The story is basically that Kier had turned down Sega to use her image
and likeness in a video game, and they went ahead and did it anyway.
Not only that, its pretty blatant. They figured she wouldnt catch on.
Later, they sold this character "ulala"(ooooh, lala lalalalaa, hello?)
to a tampon company and a cell phone company for millions dollars.
Kier doesnt do endorsements. She is a firm believer in her art, and
she has no interest to use her likeness to endorse products to kids
that may be harmfull. At first, she thought of it as flattery until
she found out that the Ulala character was endorsing things she didnt
belive in. Thats when she stood up to them. She is ONE artist, and
they are a multimillion dollar company with probably the best lawyers
that money could buy. If this goes to court, there is a very good
chance it could be thrown out on a technicallity. In order to avoid
that and have Sega settle, there is a good chance we could unite and
start e-mailing the PR department of Sega in Japan and US.(these
corperations, especially the ones in Japan, are very concerned about
public oppinion) If there are enough of us to send these emails and
let them know this is unfair, we can help her win. I will be posting
the email address shortly, but is everyone with her on this?
thank you!
Casey

Subject: Interview in German with Towa Tei
haktanir1999

Found this interview with Towa Tei, shortly made after the release of
his third album. Unfortunately it's in German because it's for a
German magazine. You can try to automatic translator sites to at
least get the logic of the interview.

Anyways, there was one interesting remark I found in it, I'm just
gonna to post what it translates to in English:

Towa says that just as other songs are, Groove is in the Heart is
also a part of him. He says he talked to Lady Kier and she expressed
to him how it bothered her that so many people identified Deee-Lite
with this song. Towa says he doesn't understand this concern and has
no problem with it.

http://www.gaesteliste.de/texte/show.html?id=INDEX&_nr=46

TOWA TEI

dem "Groove Is In The Heart"-Video.
Zeit zum Rap-Klassiker avanciertes "Down By The Forces Of Nature".

Was nicht

Towa: "Ich habe eigentlich kein Problem damit.

GL: Letzte Frage: Fällt es dir manchmal schwer, all deine
