Can anyone enlighten me on what happened between Mark and the rest of
GFR. I was reading the history on Mark's web page and it didn't lend
any help. Did somebody piss him off?

As with most bands of that era. It was mainly a clash of egos and jealousy. It is my opinion and that of others that Mark was upset over Don's writing GFR's...
