I don't know. Probably not much being as there was no official release
of MD&M to cd that I know of. It is probably an unauthorized private
burn from the vinyl. It could even be compiled from the remastered cd's.

I have to agree with Spook. It is a bootleg, therefore not worth much. Anyone can burn a copy from the remasters as Spook stated. Most GFR fans probably...
