'The Dogbones', Crispin Gray's 'other' band, play their first London
gig at Notting Hill Arts Centre on 2nd April. Don't miss it!
I managed to get over to France to see one of the March Dates (at
Blois), and can report that the band are in a resurgent mood following
the arrival of Nomi Leonard on bass. There are some new songs in the
set - 'Lick the Itch' (as debuted in London last September - search for
it on youtube - there's a video there); 'Happy Now'; 'You Don't Love
Me', and 'Killer'. All have a new sleazy edge, and the band are a long
way from just going through the motions. All the various side projects
seem to have affected the band in a positive way.
Apparently there are more French dates in May, and maybe one in London
in the summer.
There is a new 'official' French run site (sort out the translating!) at

PS - Does anyone still use this group, or have you all fallen prey to
the evil 'myspace' empire of Rupert Murdoch?
