repost ..... This happened to a friend

Unfortunately Saturday after playing at Bar~Rio, my brother
Michael (bass) and I (accordion) were the victims of an aggravated
car-jacking. His 2003 Dodge Ram was taken at gun point with his bass
and my accordion in the back seat. It was found in the Fresno, Tx
area torched from the inside. As far as i know, my accordion is a
one of a kind. I believe the stamped serial number is 110 which is
not visible easily on the accordion because it is literally stamped
into it's mother of pearl exterior finish. Fortunatly my brother and
I are ok but feel helpless in ever recovering our instruments. If
anybody, especially musicians out there ever see these instuments,
please let me know. My accordion would be an easy one to spot.

Bass: brand: Scheckter, Sun burst orange, 5 string, gold hardware
Bass case: SKB freedom case, Black, Hard shell case

Accordion: White mother of pearl finish, white leather straps, 16
White mother of pearl major keys, 10 Blue mother of pearl minor keys.
Piano type accordion.
