GTLG was formed in 2001 as a focus for instrument builders primarily from Ontario, Canada's Golden Triangle area: Waterloo-Kitchener, Cambridge and Guelph. Located in southwestern Ontario, this region is fast becoming a hotbed of creativity for amateur and professional builders. We meet four or five times a year to share ideas, admire some instruments and contribute to the art and craft of instrument building.
