Apologies if this has been done to death, but I couldn't find
anything searching the archives.
I have a Martin D-28 which had the unfortunate experience of having a
fork dropped onto it. The chip is pretty small - probably 1/16 in
diameter, but it disfigures the whole surface of the instrument
(which is nearly perfect).
Any suggestions on how to fill and hide this ding? I was thinking of
using a toothpick and some laquer to fill it. Maybe some clear nail
polish?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks, Ray.
