Terriffic! Thanks. I will give that a shot. With all the concern
about how sensitive the finishes are, I am apprehensive about playing.
One more question if you don't mind. Years ago my dad bought a floor
model console stereo from Sears. They sent a man to fix the dings and
one was a scrape that didn't damage the finish. Like a fingernail
mark. He used an iron and a wet rag to sweat the wood and it expanded
back so you couldn't see the depression anymore. I have the same kind
of ding on my spruce top and was wondering if this would be a good
idea? What do you think?
I was looking at the really nice instruments in the photo section and
gasped when I ran into your Myrtlewood acoustic. A stunning
instrument. If it plays as well as it looks, it must be heaven.
