Thought I'd drop you a line to wish you a Merry Christmas. As you
may have heard I've recently completed the new Christmas album with
Michael Orlando and am accepting orders at 1-888-842-3336. Scott
Norris (from this group) has ordered and received a copy so you can
pester him for a review!

I've also mentioned in my recent newsletters about a Live Bootleg
album which will be out shortly as well.

Here's the skinny:

I got my hands on a copy of a show in Ohio that was sonically pretty
good and was working on having it prepped for a CD when I discovered
a double door bootleg that was even better (a different one than the
show HSB supporter Bill Frey has made available to this group).

I've decided to release the "Double Door Bootleg" instead of the
Ohio shows. (Maybe I'll make the Ohio shows available as a download
thru Bill sometime in the future)

Anyway I'm working with current HSB Bass player Mark Frye...who
happens to be a professional Sound Engineer on taming this beast
into an 80 minute disc that's worth listening to....We're getting
closer, however I can't be sure product will come in before
Christmas.

Rest assured that those of you who have placed your orders for both
the Christmas CD and the bootleg will get the Christmas disc
immediately. You won't be charged for the Bootleg until it becomes
available. Shouldn't be too long....

In other news I'm doing a few shows here and there in the coming
weeks:

Tomorrow Dec. 6th at Dinosaur BBQ in Rochester, NY
Thurs. Dec. 7th at Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse, NY
Friday, Dec. 8th at Bleachers in Watkins Glen, NY
Thursday, Dec. 14th at Evening Muse in Charlotte, NC
Monday Dec. 18th at Tommy Keegan's in Columbus, OH
Monday Dec. 26th at McGonigels Mucky Duck in Houston, TX
All New York Shows will feature Mark Frye on Bass, Rick Frye on
Drums and Mike Orlando on Mandolin. the Charlotte and Houston shows
are acoustic duo shows with Mike. The Columbus show is a trio with
the Frye Bros. on Bass and Drums
