What a year 2004 was for Albino! This Bay Area based 14-piece Afrobeat
ensemble has performed to capacity crowds up and down the West Coast
since its origin slightly more than a year ago, and they show no signs
of letting up any time soon. Their brand of
Lagos-Nigeria-funk-meets-East-Bay-grease Afrobeat reminds music lovers
of what it feels like to groove, inspiring audiences to frolic amidst
the uplifting energy that pours from the stage every time this
funk-fueled juggernaut performs.

2004 saw them in a virtual never-ending tour that took them from the
Northern California redwoods of Humboldt County to the Rocky Mountain
highs of Colorado, from the lush greenery of Eugene Oregon's Willamette
Valley to the placid beauty of the Great Lakes. Charged with the
positivity and good vibes received from each audience along every stop
of this tour, Albino! will mark their return to San Francisco at the
Last Day Saloon on Friday, 1/14/05. "Everybody say Yeah Yeah!"
