Ok How about the Left Behind Series. or eschatology in general. I
myself enjoy the Left Behind Series as entertainment, but have
serious reservations as that will be even close to the scenerio when
it happens. If it happens. As far as I know, there are 3 last days
scenerios on the scene today. Pre-millenial, Post Millenial, and
Mid. I have always in the past leaned toward the pre-millenial
position, but recently have begun to wonder if that viewpoint is not
correct. Either way, as Christians we will experience one of those
scenarios. Jesus Christ is coming back. We do have a responsibility
to live up to the Great Commission. This is not a subject to divide
on.
Now also, a little bit about myself. I have been a Christian since
1973. I am over 50 years old and yes I like Metal. As Dave, or
Golgotha76 will attest to, I tend to like the older Metal more than
the Nu-Metal which is barely tolerable to me. But I am open as my
curent playlist will also attest to.
Current Playlist is as follows:
Living Sacrifice - Living Sacrifice
Mortification - Relentless
Tourniquet - Psychosurgery
Demon Hunter - Demon Hunter
Feel free to discuss anything you wish to discuss. The only thing
that I ask as a moderator is that the discussions are civil, no
swearing, and no personal attacks. This is a Christian Group and I
hope we would act as brothers and sisters in here. Let's have some
fun.
