I'm hearing more music for my story I'm writing! I can't wait to record it!
It's so beautiful
and dreamlike sounding. This will be my first dreamy song I've ever written.
WOW!!!
It still blows my mind what God can do even with a person who doesn't write a
lot of
music.
Are any of you guys writing origanal songs lately?
Please share your stories. =)
God Bless Your Week,
-Esther

I enjoy your messages and what you are up to! Of course I have the privalege of
seeing
firsthand and listening to your recordings. Lately we are into waterfalls,
waterfalls! I'm
working on waterfall scenes for my site theancientpath.com and Esther is working
on her
Aquilia world which is a new project for ones of her sites, and of course has
waterfalls.
There is also music involved but I'll have to watch and see how it will fit in.
Yvan have you
been writing any music lately. I have just decided to start playing my guitar
again. I'm
usually on keyboards but I miss the other.

It's 9:45 at night and I'm about to watch the fireworks on TV!!!!!!!!
There are fireworks shooting up everywhere around our house. They're so
beautiful!!!
Happy 4th of July everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Everyone!
I got my COOL "You Are A Child Of Mine" CD today! My Mom snuck the real
recorded song
with Mark Shultz singing it in my music list in itunes that I was listening to
when I was in
the shower. Boy was I excitedly overjoyed to hear the surprise unexpected song
come out
of my speaker in the bathroom. I was squeeling with delight! =D
I just listened to everything on it. It's also got a karaoke version with
background vocals
which I didn't know about so that was really cool. Now I have all the versions
to play with.
I like the Low key version on the instrumental because it's the origanal key and
I feel most
comfortable singing there, I just sing an octive higher on the verse part but
the same
octive on the chorus. I think it's actually rather interesting. I also like
the medium range
but my voice cracks a lot more in that key. The high part is good for super
high range
singers. I could never get myself to want to sing in that key, unless I'm
playing around for
fun.
Have you guys heard this song on the radio? I don't remember if I already asked
you all
that, so don't reply unless I haven't. =)
I forgot to mention that the lyrics to the song are in the cover. There's a
small picture on
the front of Mark Shultz sitting with his hands folded. I'm so excited, and I
can't wait to
try this song out downstairs in my recording studio with Glori and Sadye and My
Mom too
maybe. =)
Happy 4th of July Everyone and may GOD abundantly bless you all this week
especially!!!!!!
=D

Hey Everyone,
I just went to this cool christian music store online called musichristian.com,
the have a huge sale going on and I bought an accompaniment CD of the song
"You are a Child of mine" by Mark Shultz. I recently was introduced or just
noticed that
song on the fish and was blown away by the tight harmonies on the choruse line.
I've
been trying to get a hold of it ever since and now I finaaly have because I got
the CD that
has Mark Shultz singing it and three diffent keys of just the instrumental
track.
Awsome!!! I'm going to add this to the music CD project I'm making with my
sister Glorian
and her 12 year old daughter Sadye. We are going to have loads of fun-no-a
huge
blast!!!! excuse me. COOL!!!!!!!
What songs are you guys after or working on lately?
Have a Harmonious week LOL =D
God Bless!

> What similiar music activities do you do for summer fun?
Unfortunately, the pool I go to doesn't have any music, it sure would
be nice, though!
At school, it's another story! We like to take a CD player outside and
play their favorite songs while they play at the water table, run
through a sprinkler, blow bubbles or draw with sidewalk chalk... all
those favorite summer activities kids love. It's fun to watch them,
too! I made an animated picture of one kid during sprinkler play which
I'll upload to the group photos. (group photos are viewable by members
only, right?)
God bless! Yvan
Here's a fun activity I would love to share with all of you if you have a
swimming or wading
pool at your house.
Put on a bunch of your favorite christian music and even instrumental stuff
combined on
an itunes list or put on a favorite CD on your boombox sterio, whatever, and
listen while
you swim! I've actually played games with my niece Sadye with some of the MYST
game
songs on our computer. We set up a speaker outside, and pretend we're some of
the
characters from the game and were in the world and what we pretend depends on
what
song is playing. It's loads of fun!
What similiar music activities do you do for summer fun?
-Esther
Hey Evoryone!
I've been hearing some beautful melodies in my head lately and I'm getting very
excited!
I can't wait to try playing them into my recording studio, and using a lot of
instruments on
the key board! Please pray for me that God will bring all the songs right out
and into the
computer. I would love to share them with everyone and use them for a
soundtrack CD to
my story I'm writing. =)
God bless you all this week and don't forget to post an entry. I would love to
know what
projects you're all up too. =)

Okay Esther, that's what I'll do. I tried to post this message and it
had weird symbols in it so I'll try again. I said before that I enjoyed
Dad's Shower Song today and that he ought to make a book of all the
Shower Songs he has gotten in the shower because they are all joyful,
fun little choruses. Also, we have to practice HIDE ME IN YOUR HEART
before next Sunday. We keep talking about
doing it. Mom PS This is the
third attempt to send this. Sorry for the 3 letters in a row! It will
be the last!
Attention all members!
This is an argent message. Last week for one time only, yahoo shut off our
group
because there was no activity within 7 days. As a member of Harmonious Sound,
their is
just one rule I am creating for all of us, in order to avoid this kind of
problem in the
future. You all must post at least one new message per week, to keep yahoo
knowing
that we're serious about this group and Harmonious Sound will stay alive.
Thank you,
Signed,
-Esther
Esther's music making in the little recording studio room in the basement is exciting. It has parts of a display from one of the MYST games up on the walls. It use to be THE computer room. I glad it's getting some attention again. AND I'm glad you, Esther, are using that computer sometimes so I can use my Mac. Ha!
I'm looking forward to recording with you......also with Dad in his BIG recording studio. Lots of music ahead! I'm really happy you are learning so much. It's a great skill to develope......and so much fun for the rest of us!
Hey Everyone,
Esther here, My Dad just set me up with a recording studio downstairs in my
basement.
It's so COOL.
I'm experimenting with one of my favorite karaoke songs called "I believe" from
ZoeGirl.
It's really cool. I've recorded my voice on different tracks and used an effect
called phaser,
along with two other effects here and there to make my tracks blend with the
song it's
awsome.
I also have a synthesizer set up to compose or add to other instumantal tracks
on my
computer. I hope make a CD of my own instrumental music for a story I'm
writing. As
a result I'm dreaming of an audiobook with acted out characters to come. I also
am planning to make a CD of my sister Gloriana, her daughter Sadye, and I,
singing some
of our favorite Christian Music from the fish radio along with our performed
songs we've
done in church or two separated CDs for both. We also have a family Christmas
CD
project that I am determined to finish in my studio instead of my Dads. I hope
all of these
turns into something wonderful

I like the name of this group because Esther and I sing in harmony
every Sunday morning and also all during the week. I'm Esther's Mom
and I have other daughters that sing too. Sometimes we do make some
really pretty music together.

Hi my name is Esther, I am a worship leader with my parents at Prince of Peace
Church in
Portland OR. I love christian music! It's so alive, full of the Lord, and
brings lots of joy!
My favorite kind of christian music is the kind I hear on 104.1 the fish radio
station. I've
found a lot of artists that sing very encouradging songs when I need it the
most. I also
found great styles of music that grab my attention right away which always make
worship
more fun. I also love kareoki!
I am very short of friends in Portalnd Or, who like to sing or Kareoki Christian
songs with
me. I am 23 years old. I have asburgers but because I do I am highly gifted
on the
creative side. I hope I can meet some other singers who live in Portland too.
