I also found Mike's analsys interesting.
It's been a long time since I've gigged on a regular
basis, but my experience was very similar to Mike's.
4 and 5 draw were the reeds that died most often in my
experience (with 6 draw next) on my A and D harps.
I always attributed this to the frequency that I used
these reeds/keys in my playing. I probably used a
three or six blow (in second position) more for
resolution during a solo, but really pulled on these
draw reeds.
