between E and Eb , I would go for the Eb , it enables cross harp in
B flat , 3rd position in Fm/ F blues.. and 4th position in Cm
/Cblues and 5th position in Gm
the E harp is useless unless you want to play 1st position E,, which
in fact I often do in Country
other than that , the E harp is B cross,, not a common key,, F#minor
in 3rd,, a really uncommon key,, Db minor in 4th and Ab minor in 5th
,, all keys it is unlikely your guitar players use
