HCC Spotlight Concert
Tom Benjamin and Friends -- The HCC-Peabody-UUCC Connection

This concert features performers from Peabody's Kegelstatt Trio, a
faculty ensemble with Tom Benjamin (clarinet), Rebecca Henry (viola)
and Elizabeth Hartmark (piano); the Chalice Messengers jazz quintet
(John Shea, alto sax; Tom Benjamin, baritone sax, Tom Monroe, piano
and tenor sax, Al McLaine, bass and Mark McPherson, drums), with
vocalists Alison Matuskey and April Lee, from the jazz program of the
Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Columbia.

The program consists of music by Libby Larson, Tom Benjamin, Mark
Weiser, John Shea, Tom Monroe, Gershwin, Rodgers, Monk, Mulligan,
Rivers, Kern, Davis, Gillespie, Brown, Brubeck, Dameron/Basie,
Ellington and more.
