"Here is your reprieve from the doldrums of mainstream innocuous drum
beats and contrived vocal acrobatics. Babylonian Tiles is here to show
us what it's like on the dark side. Combining elements of Indian and
Middle Eastern swirling rhythm traditions with more heavy handed 60's
psychedelia, 70's experimentalism and 80's punk/post-punk aesthetics,
Babylonian Tiles creates a unique blending from a vibrant musical
palette.

Teknicolour Aftermath is the band's third full length release and it is
now available from Distort-O-Sound Records. Originally released in 2000,
by the now defunct Pangea Music, we have made a few improvements with
our edition. Besides re-packaging and re-mastering, this edition now
includes the bonus track 'Going and Going Away'.

Teknicolour Aftermath is a culmination of new recordings, re-workings
and previously released material. Though not an anthology or 'Best
Of...' collection, this album is intended to be an aural representation
of the band's recurring use of color as a reflection of the way we carry
on in our lives.  Sort of like an audio mood ring, (though I think
Bryna is going to hate me for saying that.)"
