I find that zoning in and out of each note gets a good degree of control on the chord i.e. crescendi and diminuendi on one note (sung or played) at a time....
Hi Mike, I performed Paul Basler's Missa Kenya a few years ago and loved it. Takes a strong choir to pull it off and extra rehearsal time but well worth it....
