1. MISC

1.1 NEW RELEASES
Next news update will have information on the forthcoming releases on
Hushush's new collection/series called "Hyalin" (Debut CD by Espiritu
& first solo Long playing CD by C-drik) as well as the final update
on the Mick Harris Hed Nod Session 04 vinyl.

1.2 MAIL ORDER
Next update will also have many new titles added to the mail order
such as the new Somatic Responses EP on Component, the new Panacea
project (Kate Mosh) on Killer Pimp, the new Aube CD on Manifold, the
Imagho / Ultra Milkmaids collaboration CD on SSSM, the solo project
by Silk Saw's Gabriel Rob(u)Rang as well as many compilations. We are
working on a new website for the mail order. This should be hopefully
completed by September.

1.3 GALLERY

The Gallery consist in two sections:
1. Your gallery with you making faces or strange things around or
with Hushush or Hed Nod items (CD's, t-shirts, vinyls etc). We have
already received five pictures. We need a little more to start this
section of the gallery. There are prizes to win!
2. The artists gallery. This one is already up. You can now look at
the photographs we put on our website. They all involve Hushush
related artists or friends.

2. IMMINENT LIVE IN CANADA

Olivier Moreau's is coming very very soon for his first visit to
Canada. He is going to play two gigs with his main project Imminent
(Ant-Zen - Hymen) and one under the name of Olivier Moreau. Olivier
has worked under the name of Axiome, Imminent Starvation, Torsion,
Ambre, Urawa etc. This is not part of a tour or anything else. Just
two concerts for Imminent in North-America and then back to Europe.
So don't miss your chance to see this seminal electronic artist!

But who is Baracuda? They will have exclusive tracks for compilations
on some of the most active labels in the scene this forthcoming fall
such as Hymen (Germany) and <unit> (USA). Take your chance to see
this growing act now. They have often been compared to Xingu Hill,
Beefcake or Gridlock. The influence of Autechre or Speedy J is never
really far!

Ticket price for the Imminent / Baracuda show in Montreal aren't set
yet. They most likely be very cheap. No pre-sale. There is also going
to be hardcore, drill and bass, industrial etc DJ's playing that
night such as the infamous DJ Iznogood. Tickets for Ottawa are 10$ at
the door. If you come from out of town, DJ Leslie can accomodate you.
The Ottawa show will certaintly be sold out. The venue for Montreal
is slightly larger and can contain a bigger audience. People coming
from the States can contact me if they have problems finding a place
to stay at in Montreal. They can get in touch with DJ Leslie for
Ottawa.

Nomhk will play his first live concert. He is known for his artwork
for labels such as Malignant. Discover his musical vision. Les Gorges
des Limbes is Yann from Izsoloscope (Spectre Records). Yann will open
this year's Maschinenfest in Aachen (Germany). He's playing for the
first time in Montreal. Last group is Szkieve (myself) playing with
Olivier Moreau. It's going to be a improvisation, so many surprises
are to be expected. La Casa has a nice little terrace too which is
really helpful during these times of heatwave.
