1. MICK HARRIS & AMBRE "DYS" (THREESOME 3.)

It is with an immense pleasure Hushush announces the release of the
third and final part of the Threesome Series, Dys by Mick Harris &
Ambre. Today, we sent all the subscription out. So subscribers of the
series will get their copy very soon. We are dying to get reviews for
this release.

Third and final installment in the Hushush Threesome Series, "Dys" is
the collaborative effort of Mick Harris (UK) and Ambre (Belgium).
Mick Harris and Ambre are taking their audience on a surprising trip
into a very dense and subtle universe of sparkling and colourful
sound experiments. Dys' five tracks of motion in space, textures,
colours and sudden disruptions are a tribute to the true innovations
given to contemporary music by the European school of electro-
acoustic music.

2. AMMO : KALEINOSCOPE

Hushush is starting to distribute releases. We are very proud to
present you the first self-produced CD by Ammo (Fylco - Ant-Zen & Gun
Music). John N Sellekaers (Xingu Hill, Torsion, Snog etc) teamed up
with C-drik (Axiome, Crno Klank) in the creation of a new record
label (Falling Elevators) dedicated to their own work. Limited
edition of 300 copies packaged in a C-Shell, Kaleinoscope was
commissioned by Brussels 2000 - City of Culture, as part of the
Radiolab, Café 9 and Distorted Media projects. Recorded September 2,
2000 at the Brussels 2000 Headquarters. Remixed, edited and mastered
at Metarc. Source material includes samples from the Distorted Media
interactive sound database and from Lilith's Field Notes. People
familiar with The Age of Terminal Irony will discover an almost
beatless, more experimental side of this project...

3. HED NOD SERIES

Despite the massive support we have received from die-hard Mick
Harris fans, we didn’t find the right distributors sharing our
vision. It has been very difficult for us to get the Hed Nod vinyls
to hit stores, we are going to conclude the vinyl series with the
forthcoming release of Hed Nod Session 04. Hed Nod Session 05 and the
rest of the series will most likely be released on CD. We are also at
this point considering giving some artists that exposure we think
they deserve by releasing split CD’s. More information to come on the
fourth session of the Hed Nod Series (such as the release date, the
colour etc) as well as the form of the forthcoming Hed Nod Sessions.

4. IMMINENT IN MONTREAL AND OTTAWA

It is with a great pleasure we offer you to see a great performer
here in Montreal as well as in Ottawa this summer. Imminent (Brussels
– Ant-Zen, Hymen) will perform in August for his exclusive first live
shows in Canada and what is going to be the two only live gigs
Imminent will play in North America for 2001. Baracuda (Montréal -
Hybrid Structure) will support Imminent on both shows. We hope to see
you there in numbers.

5. MAIL ORDER

Next mail order update in about two weeks will as usual contain many
very interesting items. This update will be massive with more than 15
new titles. With the growing success of our mail order catalog, we
started a paper only newsletter called Den Zieverere. Every order
will get this free newsletter. The first edition contain twelve pages
of information on the Hushush and Hed Nod releases, but it also has
exclusive interviews of Mick Harris on the Threesome and the Hed Nod
Series, of John N Sellekaers on the Threesome Series. But we also
asked Rob (u) Rang and Mark Spybey what were their favourite discs in
the Eighties. So look for Den Zieverere and send us feedback about
it.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

Starting this summer will be the Hushush Picture Gallery. We hope in
no time to be able compete with our .com neighbours (hushhush.com and
hush-hush.com). We would like to get your pictures (no more than 200
kb please). They must involve any of the Hed Nod and Hushush release
would it be a CD, a vinyl or a t-shirt. As soon as we get enough
pictures we will start this gallery. Every month we will give away
the best, the funniest or the kinkiest submissions free CD’s from our
catalog. So send us your pictures at

(Must not exceed 200kb, JPEG format preferred)
