This was a film from the early 1990s, with Bappi Lahiri as a music director. There's a hilarious song called Traffic Jam (sounds a lot like some Devang Patel comedy song), and there's a lot similar to the Michael Jackson song Jam. The background orchestration is almost exactly like the MJ song, and also the OWWW!!! I wonder, did he have the same tunes performed or just sampled it like the hip-hop artists he hates so much?

The Bappi Lahiri song - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZiXFkecxGLE

The MJ Song - you've heard it before - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=13ZGZexsaFo&feature=fvst

have you listened to the entire Rock Dancer OST? it's byfar the most HILARIOUS
cases of lifts and humorous tracks. I posted a bunch of these earlier in these
thread lololol However, I don't think Bappi was trying to fool anyone, the
film's called Rock Dancer and I've seen the effort put into the music videos
ahhaha

Oh brother, now I remember! There was one song about some 'sweet sixteen' which had the same beat and lots ripped off Inner Circle's 'Sweat', which was too obvious to miss. I don't remember the rest of the soundtrack, but we need to compile the whole lift list, with these two on top. You're right about the lyrics, they're hilarious. I wonder, was it Devang Patel who did the lyrics? It's so much like him!

Bappi:

original:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=En-cHBv7UpA&feature=fvst

music is lifted from MJ's Billie Jean

and I forgot the name of the original for this song (Zindagi Dance Hai)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ewVSYeGpRDc

I know for a fact it's another 80s song. The same source was used for the Banke
Kitab Teri song from Pyar Bhara Dil
