I don't know, it's spooky. For whatever reason there's been the legend that
celebrities die in threes. The three will usually be within a few days of each
other, possibly a couple weeks apart.
I've heard Walter Cronkite, the legendary newsman, is ill. But I haven't heard
that much about it (his illness, just caught the tail end of a mention on the
news the other day), so I don't know for certain. He'll be 93 in November.
Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson died within two days of each
other. Farrah and Michael on the same day; and Karl Malden only a few days
later. According to
http://www.imdb.com , Miss Sugden died yesterday on July
1st twenty days short of her 87th birthday.

What the flying crap is going on here?
First: Ed McMahon
Second: Farrah Fawcett
Third: Michael Jackson
Fourth: Karl Malden
Fifth: Mollie Sugden
As some of you may know, Mollie Sugden played Mrs. Slocombe on "Are You Being
Served?" I just found out she's died. Such a loss! IMHO, she was one of the
great comedic actresses of all time.
It's kind of spooky how a bunch of prominent people seem to die around the same
time. Probably just coincidence, but it makes you wonder.
Sad,
Carrie (BB) <:o(
