Coincidentally, like me, my mate Geoff also happens to be a huge Dragon fan!
You'll see his name alongside some other familiar names on the Dragon fan
website!...

In light of the post below about Iva's great support for the Sacred Heart
Mission, and my great love of the Mighty Saints football team...I thought I'd
share this heart-warming news about a friend of mine named Geoff.
I hadn't seen him for a couple of years, then unexpectedly ran into him on the
eve of this year's Grand Final. He was dressed up in full St Kilda football
supporter gear, having just attended the Grand Final parade in the city.
St Kilda may have gone on to lose the "Holy Grail" of football, the Grand
Final...but in my mind they're still winners with their support of charities
like the Sacred Heart Mission.
And now for the heart-warming news!
It was a great surprise and co-incidence to learn that my St Kilda barracking
mate had given away his high-flying corporate job to take on a new role.
He is now the CIO at Mission Australia in Sydney!!
And I just found this inspiring artcile about how he is helping others with
similar inclinations to make the move...

In the MoC Mini-Mag Iva says this about The Kingdom:
The Kingdom is simply about independence, about an average girl who has no need
for anyone else.
Cheers,
Mike.
Someone just uploaded onto YouTube this audio enhanced copy of the Oz video for
"Crazy":
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cUKjmSrIUQo
Does anyone else think the picture quality is better than the other one, too?
This sounds really bad, but this person I thought was a girl actually turns out
to be Paul Wheeler! lol (Not doubting Paul's virility at all. He can blame it on
his '80s hair & youthy innocent looks.) And I can almost make out what Simon's
shirt says at the end, sans glasses. (But what does it really say - I Love The
Fairlight? Frankie Says Relax? Bite me?) The whole thing just seems crispier. I
mean, crisper.
Hopefully not seeing things,
Carrie (BB)
Hi Carrie!
Thank you for the rememberance! But it was already the 20th anniversary. ;-)
The exercises were impressive. The spectacle was in Berlin and other old border
towns. They have fallen many domino
styrofoam stones, each was painted by school kids around the world and
symbolized the course from the old berlin wall.

I remember reading back then that Iva received a piece of the wall. Is this
true?
