VOTE FOR RASCAL IN COUNTRY WEEKLY's FAN FAVORITE AWARDS!!

They are up for:

FAVORITE ENTERTAINER - Recognizes the country music artist (individual, duo
or group) who has had the greatest impact on all facets of the entertainment
field. Consideration should be given to the artist's recorded and live
performances, concert tours/attendance, chart and sales success, visibility,
influence and overall contribution to the growth and heightened awareness of
country music during the eligibility period.
FAVORITE GROUP - Recognizes a known vocal group or band for the quality,
originality, and impact of their musical contributions during the eligibility
period.
FAVORITE SONG "Mayberry"- Recognizes the favorite country song released
during the eligibility period. Consideration should be given to the overall
quality, originality, timelessness, and impact of the song itself. The award
goes to the songwriter and artist.
FAVORITE VIDEO "I Melt" - Recognizes the best artistic achievement of a
country song expressed visually through a music video. Consideration should be
given to the overall impact of the video in regard to creativity, originality,
effective representation of the song, the artist's performance, and production
value. Award goes to the artist and the director.

1. Use only the official ballot at
http://www.countryweekly.com/fan_favorite/vote.cfm. No duplicate forms will be
accepted.

2. Each artist in each category has been assigned a number. Make your selection
for one nominee in each category. Please note: the Country Weekly Career
Achievement Award will be determined from the first round of voting and does not
appear on this ballot.

3. When you have completed your selections, hit the submit button below.

4. Your ballot must be received by August 17, 2004.

5. Limit one ballot per e-mail address per site.

The third and final ballot containing the Top 5 nominees in each category will
appear in the September 28 issue of Country Weekly. Online voting for the final
round will be available September 14-28, 2004 and winners will be announced in
our December 21, 2004 issue.

The eligibility period for all categories is July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004.
