Would you consider exporting the lead sheet as a midi file and playing
it in a media-player that does provide looping?

REPLY: Yes, you can do that. We will try to add a looping feature in
a future release. Meanwhile, just add as many choruses as you
wish (click the "page +" icon multiple times) to provide the
effect of looping.
