Interface has been commissioned by Century Media Records to remix the Lacuna
Coil track "I Like It" for an upcoming release. This marks the second time the
New York-based Nilaihah Records artist has re-worked a track, following a 2007
mix of "To The Edge" that appeared on the "Visual Karma" tour DVD. Interface's
Eric Eldredge has already promised a similar EBM/industrial dance sound to this
song.
Interface's latest album Visions Of Modern Life will be released on Nilaihah Records on February 24, 2009. The first 250 copies of the album purchased from the Nilaihah web store will also get a free copy of the Transit EP. This further evolution in the band's sound is displayed through focused songwriting and punchy production, featuring songs like "Destination, "Transit", "Body Flow", and "Voices". In addition, the "Enhanced" CD, when placed in a CD-ROM drive, will also reveal the entire album (plus 2 exclusive bonus remixes) in hi-res MP3 format and a photo gallery. The album (and EP) will also be available from Nilaihah's extensive network of download sales sites such as iTunes, Napster, Music Match, Rhapsody, and many others.
Pre-order the album from Nilaihah's website here for only $12 US to ensure your copy and EP.

Interface's latest release, the Destination Focus EP, will be released October 28, 2008 on Nilaihah Records. Interface returns with the new single "Destination", a strong melody with a powerful message over crisp production. The other highlight of this release, however, is an exclusive assortment of remixes State of the Union, Code 64, and Mindless Faith! Rounding out the EP are 3 non-album tracks: the up-tempo "North Star", the intense instrumental "Inferno", and the atmospheric "After Hours". "Destination" will appear on the upcoming CD Visions of Modern Life which will be released early next year.

April 30th may be Eric's birthday, but Interface is doing the giving by premiering Mindless Faith's remix of the new song "Destination". This all-new track will be appearing on the Cryonica Tanz 5 compilation CD in May, with the original version to appear on the upcoming Interface album MODERN LIFE and EP DESTINATION FOCUS due out later this year on Nilaihah.
Nilaihah Records is proud to announce the digital re-release of
Interface's debut album The Artemis Complex, originally released in
1999 on Tinman. This brings all three of the band's albums into the
Nilaihah catalog. In addition to the disc's 13 tracks being fully re-
mastered, it also includes nearly 20 minutes of bonus material,
including all-new 2007 versions of the band's first
single "Metalstorm". The album will be available through Nilaihah's

Hello everyone!
On behalf of the Interface family, I'm just wishing everyone out there
a happy and safe holiday season and a great New Year. 2007 was an
eventful year, as we found our ways into new cities, played several
great shows with even greater bands, met many new people, released
music on some great compilations, and cranked out some great remixes.
2008 only looks to be better than ever, as I am getting down to
business with the next album, "Destination Focus". I've already got a
good feeling about some of these new songs, and am hoping to have it
out on Nilaihah by May or June at the latest. Look for the "Modern
Life" EP to precede it by a few months.
This is all building on the momentum put in place by "Angels in
Disguise" and "Beyond Humanity" and we definitely couldn't have done it
without the help of all you promoters, DJ's clubs, radio
stations/podcasts, and of course our fans all over the world.

Interface
Interface will not be playing this Saturday at the Gothic Ball in
Portland. Unfortunately I had to withdraw due to a family emergency
here at home. I have already sent my sincere apologies to the staff and
promoters of that event.
In 14 years of existence I have never once cancelled a show that I was
booked to perform. Shows may have been cancelled on me, but never of my
doing. Needless to say that I am sad that streak came to an end.

Interface
Interface's remake of the Genesis classic "Land of Confusion" is now up on the Machines Against Hunger Myspace page! The band has performed the song in concert since about 2003, becoming a favorite among fans, but backed off for a while due to the metal bands Disturbed and In Flames recording their widely popular versions in 2005. Now, at the special request of Helosix Radio, Interface has finally recorded the cover for inclusion on the upcoming 2 CD compilation Machines Against Hunger. The compilation will feature a roster of top-level bands from the scene, with all proceeds going to the Action Against Hunger foundation.
Life Cried is not on the bill for this show. Sorry for the
misinformation.

Y-Luk-O has taken the prize of the Beyond Human contest! This quirky version, done under the LukoTyk moniker, furthered our atmospheric intentions with this version. Very creative use of our original audio tracks. For those who don't know their work, they've submitted interesting works for PTI, and I know that they've don a lot more that I haven't heard.
The voting was tough as anything, with many high-quality and innovative (as well as floor-moving) mixes being submitted from artists from Europe to Japan. To all the runners up, thanks so much for your work, it made for a lot of good listening. Keep it up!
So, here's a clip of the winning remix, which will appear on the upcoming Fourplay CD from Nilaihah.
-----Original Message----- From: funkmasterfoodstamps <angztek1@...> To: interfacemusic@yahoogroups.com Sent: Sat, 6 May 2006 23:57:26 -0000 Subject: [interfacemusic] Hello ! from dj Angztek and TIWB!
Nilaihah Records has graciously agreed to stock Angels in Disguise,
Interface's breakthrough sophomore album, which was originally
released in July 2002 by Tinman Records. On the strengths of the club-
friendly songs "Wasted Time", "Temperature", and the title track,
Angels established Interface as a premier force in America's dark
electro circles.
The remaining copies of the disc were recently acquired from the now-
defunct Tinman label, and will be available on Nilaihah.com for a
special discounted price of $12 ppd.
It's actually coming out 1 week later, March 14th and also has a remix from Stromkern added to the disc too. :) www.nilaihah.com/beyondhumanity.htm
