Hello JAMIROQUAI Club Members,
Some EXCITING new Jamiroquai pay download news to share! Here's the
latest:
1# According to an article in the Guardian newspaper (UK) [LINK:
http://tinyurl.com/28ghor ) , Jamiroquai are one of a number of
artists who have signed up to all dig down (short for All Digital
Downloads: LINK:
http://www.alldigdown.com ), a new service which
allows artists to sell music directly to fans.
"Artists can design their own studio pages on the site, and earn
revenue from record sales and royalty payments from tracks streamed
from the site."
Other artists who have signed up include Jamie Cullum, the Verve
and the Klaxons.
More information about this can read at the Guardian website, and
the full alldigdown.com website is set to launch on 20 September.

2# Here's a quick catch up on some remixes that I have recently
found or been told about...
DJ Quentin Harris, who remixed Talullah has also recently remixed
Corner Of The Earth (at least so I'm told!). The remix can be heard
from the downloads page of the Funkin Site (follow the link at the end
of this newsitem).
Another DJ, this time Harry Coade, recently remixed Seven Days In
Sunny June and also Too Young To Die. The remixes can be heard at his
MySpace site (LINK:
http://www.myspace.com/harrysremixes ).

3# Since 1994, five of Jamiroquai's gigs have been recorded and now
form part of the BBC In Concert recording series. The full BBC In
Concert series is the largest collection of live recordings in the
world and a deal has recently been made to make the series available
online and via mobile phones through the spodtronic Live! website
(LINK:
http://www.spodtroniclive.com/ ).
Two Jamiroquai concert recordings are currently available -
Wolverhampton 1994 (LINK:
http://tinyurl.com/ywymw6 ) and BBC Radio
1's Big Weekend gig from Sunderland in May 2005 (LINK:
http://tinyurl.com/25tr9m ).
The service is only available in a limited number of countries, and it
is hoped to expand this to include the US and Canada in the near future.
