* Pre requisite - Knowledge of Lindy Hop Beginners syllabus is a must! (ie. Lindy Turn, 6-count swing and charleston basics)
** For those who need to brush up on their moves, come early! In the first half hour, we'll be revising some of the basic steps.

Travel back in time with the Lindy Hop Ensemble to the 1930s, where the Collegiate Shag was all the rage with college kids! Pick up the basics of this cool six-count vintage swing dance, characterised by its kicks, spins, close connections and curious footwork. Easy to learn and lots of fun to do, the Collegiate is a compact dance great for crowded dance floors, and is traditionally danced to lively and upbeat ragtime tunes.
Date: 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month.
