Setting the mood prior to the first screening, is a family jazz trio from Germany! Ludwig Nuss, a trombone soloist with the renowned WDR Big Band, Cologne; has performed with many famous artistes such as Quincy Jones and Shirley Bassey, and has released four of his own albums. He will be performing original compositions and popular jazz standards with his two musically talented sons on piano and euphonium.

 

Following right after all that jazz is a light-hearted film adapted from a play by Theresa Tan. Produced wholly by NUS Temasek Hall students, the film revolves around two characters brought together by a twist of fate, or rather bed-sheets! A quirky comedy about Leonard Tay, aspiring songwriter, Tan Geok Eng, reporter for The Blue Weekly, bed-wetting episodes and discovery of self. Not to be missed!
