Thank you for your support over the years.

We regret to inform you that the Soundbuzz music store will be closing down in July 2009.

The last day of operation for the store is July 15th, 2009. From midnight of July 15th, the store will not be available for purchases or redemptions and your account and previous purchases will not be accessible.

Account management:
Before July 15th, we recommend that you visit your ‘Awaiting Downloads’ section and download all songs that you have purchased and not yet downloaded.

Further, please visit your ‘Purchase History’ page and ensure that all the songs you have purchased are available with you. We recommend that you burn these songs (in CD-Audio format using Windows Media Player or other compatible software media players) to a CD-R so that you have a back up of your tracks and can enjoy them over time. Further downloads or license re-issues will not be possible after July 15th, 2009.

Neither of the above sections will be accessible after midnight of July 15th, 2009.

Prepaid cards / Voucher redemptions:
If you have a Soundbuzz prepaid card or voucher that allows you to redeem from the Soundbuzz store, please do so before July 15th, 2009. After this date it will not be possible to redeem your balance.

Support and Customer Service
Please do follow the above instructions to ensure that you continue to enjoy your music well after the July 15th, 2009 date. You can also seek further information from FAQs or via support@... during the period till July 15th, 2009.
