Just got the new collab album, "The Voluptuist". Excellent stuff.
Just wondering what Jim's involvement was!? Chris Corsano is
mentioned in the (minimal) sleeve notes. It sounds to me like Jim or
the Block boys have manipulated a live recording of Chris's live
improv duo with Paul Flaherty (sax), although Paul does not get a
mention. It's quite reminiscent of Brise-Glace, only lo-fi. Another
excellent addition to Jim's 2006 canon (Loose Fur, Beth Orton).
