In the Netherlands "Afterlife" has been released as a
limited edition with a second CD. This has almost the
complete Amsterdam Heineken Music Hall concert from
May 2003.

"Volume 4" Tour t-shirts

There are some t-shirts left which were made as a memento of
the "Volume 4" Tour. These beautiful and exclusive t-shirts
feature reproductions of dozens of concert tickets from the
"Volume 4" Tour plus reproductions of autographs of all four
members of the reunited Joe Jackson Band.

The tickets were collected and the shirts were designed by
the fans for the fans.
