A lot happening here right now...

• Two previously unreleased ambient tracks are being released on CD
compilations. "Ambient Robot Dance" is a really old track, it dates
back as far as 1998 and was made on my old sampler and Atari. I've
uploaded it to my MySpace (link below) and it feels a bit weird to have
such an old track there, but I still like it. As the title suggests,
"Ambient Computer Dance" from the "Mossebo" album is related to this
track, it was made as some kind of follow-up: two tracks of warm
ambient atmospheres within cold artificial mechanic settings. (Sally
Shapiro listeners might also notice that the intro of "Jackie Jackie"
was sampled from this track!) The track is included on the CDR
compilation "Collection 4: Transforming" which will be released on the
Dutch Databloem label (www.databloem.com) very soon: it will be
available from their webshop, iTunes and I also already have a few
copies available.

The second track is newer, called "Zero Gravitation (Beatless Mix)" -
as you can figure out there is also an original mix, which is twice as
long and still unreleased, though some of you might have been able to
download it earlier. It is based on the same vintage string sound as
"Ambient Robot Dance" is. The track is included on the CD compilation
"Chilltronica - A Definition", out on the German label Soundcolours
(www.soundcolours.com) on Oct 24th. There is more info on their web
site, the tracklist includes newcomers as well as some known artists
such as Depeche Mode, Spooky and The Grid. The CD also includes the
Between Interval remix of Sally Shapiro's "Sleep In My Arms". You can
listen to my track on YouTube, where I've uploaded a self-made music
video for it based on footage from "2001 - A Space Odyssey": (I demand
to be hired to make science fiction movie soundtracks NOW! :))
