Hi Luc,

I'm glad you made it to the Matinee. Unfortunately, I didn't get a
chance to go, due to overwork at the University and car failure. :(

But Mr. Kanngießer said something about a possible DVD.

About membership, I think Kanngießer will send out letters soon.
But I will remind him next time I talk to him (by phone).

I heard tonight on the radio Hummel's Bassoon concert. I was
overjoyed! OK... late hours in the radio, but still its something.

Recently BF and I had a friend visiting who played piano and flute.
BF tried out the Mandolin sonata with her, with the flute doubling
for mandolin. Although the third movement was too fast for the poor
girl's cheeks and BF's fingers, it went rather well. :)

Hi. I was in Weimar from 29 oct to 4 nov 2006. Just a couple of days in the old place : a couple of visits to the Hummel grave though. And I attended a Hummel...
