Thanks for the latest information about the 2010 festival, which Ruth and I are planning to attend.
After learning about Berlioz's "Requiem" from you and some of the other musicians at last year's festival, I bought the CD and have grown to love this piece too.
I had the good fortune to hear it performed live 2 nights ago in Los Angeles, and it was fabulous!
I just wanted to thank you for making me aware of this piece, as you have for so many other pieces.
I saw the program for your festival in a few weeks time, and if it didn't fall over the "Day of Atonement" which is the most important holiday on the Jewish calendar, I would have definitely attended.

The dates have now been determined. Howard Shelley will be playing concertos in 2 concerts, as will Andrew Brownell (Chamber transcriptions)
