Do not buy Kolcraft items.  My son was hurt he cut his eyelid on their swing by a faulty part.  It took over a month and a half to even let me know what was going on and in that time I had to purchase a new swing and highchair for them to finally get back to me and say that they will replace the part and send the item back to me.  Well as you can imagine I had already put money in to a new swing and high chair by this time, so, what would I do with this now.  And how and why would I feel safe with the same product that hurt my son in the first place?  They do not care.  They have horrible customer service and you wait a month and a half to get items that have harmed a child back after you have replaced the item at your own expense. They have refused to pay for the medical bills, too.  He had his eyelid cut so this took special care, at my expense.

The bottom line: DO NOT BUY KOLCRAFT.  Maybe they will get the message that we really do care about child safety

Please pass this on.
