Lee Jackson's Photo Gallery

We're putting on the finishing touches to a "photo gallery" sent to us by
professional photographer Lee Jackson. He got some great shots of Jonathan last
summer that he's sharing with us here at the site. We'll have those up by the
weekend. Take a look...he got some beautiful shots!

We'd also like to send out our prayers and best wishes to Lee. He has been in
the hospital recently with a strep infection, a result of a car accident and
then strep throat. Strep got into one of his cuts, and started spreading. Looks
like he's facing spinal/vertebrae/back surgery. We're sending him lots of
positive energy for a quick recovery!

Anyone Know James Land??

James is the last winner on the Grace Bradley Fundraiser that we cannot get in
contact with. Seems his email address has changed since he entered our contest.
We appreciate his donation to the fundraiser and REALLY want him to have his
prize.

Thanks to our friends at the Journey Fan Club and Swag we thought we had located
him. No such luck...but thanks Cat and CJ for trying. :)

If anyone knows James, please tell him to contact us here at the
website...before Rhonda and I re-raffle his prize to pay for our summer tour!

East Leyden High School's Alumni Wall of Fame

As you may already know Jonathan is being inducted for the Wall in his Chicago
area high school:

"The four 2004 inductees to the Leyden High Schools Alumni Wall of Fame
includes Chicago's youngest alderman, a cartoonist whose work appears in several
major metropolitan newspapers, a senior manager for McDonald's Corp. and a
member of one of the most successful rock groups ever."


*Jonathan Cain, East Leyden Class of 1968, who is a longtime member of the rock
group Journey. Cain also has played with the internationally known bands The
Babys and Bad English will be inducted in May.

What you may not know: This has been in the works for quite some time as we
were all set to see Jonathan inducted last Spring. Through a lot of switching,
plotting and planning we all tried very hard to pull this off in 2003.
Unfortunately, tour dates were already set and Jon had to pull out. We're very
excited he's been confirmed for 2004 since last summer...and we'll be bringing
you full details on the ceremony.

Rumour has it that brother Mugs is in line for future induction! :)

Journey will be doing a PRIVATE CONCERT at the Bon Voyage party for CRUISE
ATTENDEES ONLY. Journey fans can now receive a $200 discount off the price of
the cruise. Journey will be doing the kick-off party ONLY...they will NOT be on
the cruise. Other performers include: Paul Rodgers, Starship featuring Mickey
Thomas, Mike Reno of Loverboy, Bobby Kimball of Toto and Jimi Jamison of

We've got more Journey tour dates coming up soon. Looks like it's gonna be
another fun-filled summer!We're just awaiting the official word on
confirmations...that and hoping the crew can dig out from under their little
winter storm in time to find the tour bus (welcome to our Midwest World, boys!
