Herbert claims that he wanted to replace Steve Perry
back in 1984. Matt, the interviewer, asked about the
rumour of Herbie wanting to replace Steve back in
1984. Herbie says it is no rumour. This is what he
wanted. Frontiers came out in 1983. NOthing was
happening for a while until 1986 with ROR. Who knows
what might have happened if they did?
