It's off the soundtrack to 'The Crow' and I personally don't like it.
Reznor trys to bring it up to date but it sound's cheap in my opinion.

Also Moby covered 'New Dawn Fades' which is atrocious. An Irish punk/metal
band called Therapy? did a cover of 'Isolation' once which wasn't that bad,
more of a rock affair but not a scratch on the original.
