Seem that Justin posted more 2 or 3 songs on his page on my space.I am
not a huge fan but I like very much of his songs as I like very much
of some previous songs. It's being a great work.

Hi Leah and everyone,

Thanks so much to all of you who listened.

Glad you liked her music. I think it's really good. Yes, I am also
disappointed we didnt get to do an interview. You all would have liked it, she
is really sweet. Hopefully, she will be able to come back next semester (in the
fall) and we'll have a bit more time.

I will post on my website the details when I get them. Olivia is going to keep
me updated. I think the album will be available this summer, but I'm not sure
on that. For those of you in LA, she is playing shows around town, and Justin
often plays guitar for her at them.

Yes, Justin played wonderfully as usual. What was really cool was that on the
2nd song, Revolution, he played a bit of slide on the acoustic for one part of
the song.

Hopefully I'll be able to post some of the songs online. I have to get approval
and stuff first. But I will keep you updated.

Talk to you all soon.

Hi Erin, CJ and all,
I listened to your show Erin. I really like her music. Justin's guitar playing
was, as usual, flawless - love the acoustic! Her style seems similar to Nora
Jones... anyone hear that too? But I was disappointed that you didn't have time
for an interview. There is so much that would have been nice to know about the
music.
Will you keep us posted on when/where her CD will be available?

Hey, CJ.... what's up with the website? There was nothing there except for that
announcement about Erin's show. Are you updating or did Justin not want a site
anymore?

Love & Peace,
Leah

Hi everyone,

Thanks for the great post CJ, and Leah and everyone for the interest.
Olivia gave me a copy of the album, and it's really good. Her music is kind-of
mellow indie rock with a heavy jazz influence. Her voice is kinda like Dido or
someone like that.

I usually am not really into the female singers either, so if I really like the
album, you know it's good :)

It should be a great show tomorrow! I hope you all can tune in and get to hear
some of Olivia's music. (I don't know if Justin did any co-writing, but he did
play guitar on her album.)

Tomorrow we will talk about when and where you can get the album when it's
released as well.

Thanks everyone!

Do you know anymore about Olivia's music... what style, etc.? I thought she was

I wonder if she did the writting herself or if Justin had a hand in it? :)

Hi Danny
I concur - unfortunately I think it is sort of a combo of the two...
Sort of hard to get alot of exposure w/o having a label or anything
at this point...
Hopefully someday...

Hi Everyone

Sorry you had a bit of a freak out there everyone during the 11 minutes of
silence in the begininning of the show!!!! sheesh....

What happened was that I took Justin to go get some coffee and I put the CDs on
to play by themselves while we were gone. However, someone turned down the
volume for one of the cd players (and I didnt see it) , which of course was one
of the ones I was using! So.... the cd was playing, just no one could hear it!
Thanks to everyone for sticking with it!

Thanks for your kind message Leah, I'm glad you enjoyed hearing your question.

Justin and I have been talking about doing some more things. There will be a
print article in the near future. I can keep you all updated on that, and if
more happens with the show I will definitely let you know.

As far as posting things online, Justin has to approve it all, and we have to
check on all the legalities, but hopefully we can put up some sort of sound
clips. Hopefully I can throw a pic or 2 up there as well. I'll let you all know
when stuff is up.

Thanks again for listening!

<smacking head> Thanks to everyone for sticking with it!

I'll let you all
know when stuff is up.

Thanks again for listening!

~Erin*

Hi everyone,

I just got done listening to the interview.

Good job Erin. Your giggle is so cute. Thanks for asking Justin my
question! It was interesting to hear what gear he uses.

I really like the new songs. Can you get him on your show again to
do more? LOL It was interesting that Olivia was singing with him -
it added a nice touch. I hope he finds a way to get the new stuff
recorded. Too bad he couldn't come to Minneapolis and record. There
are some really good studios here that wouldn't cost the LA prices.
<smile>

I also hope he does let CJ know what he's up to so we can check it
out on the website.

Thanks again for telling us about this Erin.

Love & Peace,
Leah

Hi Leah

I didn't get your first message but got the second..

I had some trouble at first getting it to connect to the show...
probably a fact that I'm using a different computer - my regular
computer is currently in pieces and memory-less... litterly...
currently isn't any good for anything... :(

This is so cool!! I will "tune in" here where I work. I hope I will be able to

If not, will there be a transcription available somewhere?
