AustralianMusic.info (AMi) is seeking enthusiastic moderators for
their community forums.

This is for those people who have a love for a specific style or area
of music and know how to weave a great deal of conversation about it.

You don't have to be working in the music industry already but a few
simple terms do apply. The ideal candidate will poses the following:

- You must already be reasonably networked in your field of music so
you can encourage people to use your topic without making a public
nuisance of yourself. If you can not do this, you already do not
qualify.
- Be able to network and be positive about your feelings for music.
- Have the ability to source information and enjoy sharing advice and
knowledge with others on your topic.
- Be prepared to stick with it. This is not a 9 to 5 job, actually,
it is volunteer, but commitment is essential because this project is
one we intend to keep happening.
- Your intention must be to focus on the forum topic and not use the
moderation privilege to regularly endorse your own product, service
or another website. You can of course promote it, but within reason,
AMi is for everybody Aus.
- People already running their own Australian music resource/portal
need not apply.
- You must have regular access to the Internet.

Australian Music Info is a recognised force in the promotion of local
music run by people who have been established for many years so it is
a great way to get your foot in the door and be part of a growing
Aussie music loving team.
