Chapter on 9/11, taken from book of “Conspiracy
theories”, collected by Kate Tuckett (which I got from
“Borders” in Glasgow):

Comparison with Hitler’s burning of the German
parliament (Reichstag), which he blamed on the
“Communists” in order to announce an emergency decree
suspending civil liberties and giving the government
enormous authority to take over.

Bush’s PATRIOT Act allowed detention without trial of
anyone deemed a “security threat”. Pressure for
retaliation fitted into agenda of “Project for a New
American Century”, a new strategy for American global
dominance in the 21st century. This think tank
included Dick Chency, vice president; Donand Rumsfeld,
secretary of “defense”; Paul Wolfowitz, his deputy;
Jeb Bush, brother of George and Governor of Florida
[Point by me (Steve Wallis): he helped ensure that
Bush defrauded Kerry in that state in the Presidential
election, due to Kerry being a revolutionary socialist
in disguise – see
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/us-electoral-fraud], and
Lewis Libby, the leader of Bush’s 2000 election team
now working in the White House.

Their document stated the need for “some catastrophic
and catalysing event like a new Pearl Harbor”.

CIA and New York City counter-terrorism offices based
in Building 7 of the World Trade Center and were
therefore destroyed, along with any potentially
incriminating evidence.

Greatest amount of seismic activity occurred
immediately before the Twin Towers collapsed, and not
when they hit the ground – due to this and the fact
that they imploded inwards instead of collapsing
sideways had led many to conclude that they were blown
up with explosives underneath the building.

Side of Pentagon hit was empty due to refurbishment,
and there was no visible sign of a destroyed airliner
among the debris.

No fighter jets scrambled to intercept hijacked
aircraft until after third plane, despite it being a
legal requirement for US fighter jets to be scrambled
whenever a commercial airliner veers significantly off
flight path.

How was so much information known about the hijackers
and released to the media by the FBI so soon after the
attacks, including details of a passport found amongst
the rubble of the Twin Towers?

Some points of my own: The main strategy of
conspiratorial organisations on the side of big
business (including the Project for a New American
Century and other much more secretive ones) in order
to try to enable capitalism to stay in power or even
strengthen its grip on the world is to use
divide-and-rule. There are billions of working class
people and other impoverished people around the world
and a tiny number of big businesspeople, so they have
to resort to it. In this case, it is Muslim versus
Christian and Jew. They allowed Saddam Hussein to stay
“undiscovered” in Iraq for so long and still claim not
to know where Osama bin Laden is, despite the massive
web of conspiratorial organisations, many of which use
computer modelling (the most effective using my
simulation/Artificial Intelligence language SDML, see
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/strictly-declarative-modelling-language)
to try to keep capitalism in place – or to help
overthrow this system based on profit, and carry out a
worldwide democratic socialist revolution, to end
poverty, unemployment, homelessness, discrimination,
famines, deaths from preventable diseases, war and
environmental destruction.

Chapter on mind control:

In a 1995 heat wave, three inmates of Vacaville
Medical Facility held in non-air conditioned cell
died, two of whom may have died as a result of medical
treatment, according to a short media report. There
were no official inquiries.

Mind control tests conducted on prisoners convicted
for random, often petty, crimes, given indefinite
sentences, freedom being dependent on how well
experiments went. One individual arrested for
joy-riding and given a two-year sentence was held for
18 years due to useful results.

Examples of mind control research:

• Strapping a naked inmate to a board, with wrists and
ankles handcuffed to the board and head fixed rigidly
in place. Left in pitch black cell, unable to perform
most basic bodily functions. One hand unstrapped when
meal provided, so can feel around in dark and attempt
to pour liquid into mouth without being able to lift
head.
• One drug used for experimentation creates muscle
relaxant so strong that paralysis within 30 seconds,
causing heart to slow to 60 beats per minute and
respiratory system goes into spasm.
• Another drug induces uncontrollable vomiting that
lasts from 15 minutes to an hour.
• Another creates severe bodily rigidity,
restlessness, blurred vision, acute muscular pain and
uncontrollable trembling.

This chapter ends with the paragraph: “Perhaps it is
not altogether surprising that the Department of
Health, Education and Welfare and the US government
would rather keep these experiments hushed, especially
given their similarity to medical experiments carried
out in Nazi concentration camps.”

According to a Channel 5 programme entitled The
World’s Greatest Conspiracy Theories, number One on
the list with over half a million websites devoted to
the issue, is mind control! The full top ten is listed
in my page on conspiracy theories, on which I put
forward my views on which are true and which are
false.

The programme featured John Allman from an
organisation called Christians Against Mental Slavery,
who showed a device that he said (although it was
relatively crude compared to the sort of device used
by organisations like the CIA) was capable of
broadcasting voices into people’s heads. He had
received mysterious phone calls at four o’clock in the
morning, including one saying that he would die if he
didn’t leave the country, but he stood up to the
forces of big business and said that he didn’t know
how they would cope with somebody revealing how they
operate on TV!

The first time that mind control was discovered was
after POWs tortured by the Chinese during Korean War
had been discovered to have become Chinese agents
after that experience, on return to the USA. It was
also revealed that documents had been leaked which
showed how the CIA used drugs such as LSD during the
Cold War, and film footage from the 1960s was shown of
a bull being prevented from charging due to a
radio-controlled implant in its brain.

The programme talked about mind control using
machines, but some people can also do it using their
brains, such as magicians and particularly the “former
magician” Derren Brown – Derren has said that his
apparent mind reading and control abilities are a
trick but I don’t think he knows how he does it
because his subconscious is largely responsible. This
was particularly apparent on his recent Channel 4
programme “Derren Brown: Messiah”, where he expressed
nervousness before emulating psychics on a journey
across the USA having not attempted the same things
before.

I have set up two mind control discussion groups on
the internet, one which relates mind control to Isaac
Asimov’s book Second Foundation (a secret
conspiratorial organisation in his Foundation series
that uses mind reading and mind control techniques) –
the description of the “second-foundation” group lists
others that I am on. The other group I have set up,
“voices-inside”, is about dealing with those voices,
as explained in an extra bonus track on Latin
Quarter’s first album “Modern Times”.
