You will find them on the net (iv seen em). Maybe not for the k1, but for k4, yes. Check out Midiquest, it enables you to do the patching from your screen! ...

K1 was introduced 'brand new' in GERMANY, too. Some keyboardist from that years, will preserve a 'german manual'. You must post your petition at a german site...
