I know I'm posting this late. Here's my review as posted on
Monkeyville.

  Hey Everyone,

Been home for a while now. Had to let it sink in. What an amazing
night of music. I'll start from the top. We left around four. Went to
the zoo for a bit to see the pandas. Well they were sleeping, so much
for cute shots.

We had the hardest time finding the center. Got there around 6:30.
Mapquest directions are the worst. After parking, Me & sis got a
snack before the show. Then the guard took us to our seats.

The Wreckers were good tonight. I only knew the singles. They play a
new song called different truck. I really liked it. Felt kind of bad
for them because Michelle was trying to get people to sing a long &
very few did. I sang some, really loud & bad lol. They played for
about a half an hour.

When the heart was getting bigger People went wild. Once in a life
time started & I sang along. Just badly as before. The band went into
blacktop, everything was fairly quiet. So what did I do I screamed
for Jerry. He looked right up at me & next thing I knew a guitar pick
landed on my chest. Jerry looked to make sure I had it. I couldn't
believe I got one. A big old smile came across my face & started
saying I got it,Igot it & kind of laughing at the same time. Jerry
laughed. After that I was mush.
Keith was really chatty & rockin' out. During sly he added to the
line don't wanna take this life forgranted like like I've been known
to (thanks to betty ford) not sure if that is the exact quote or not.

Loved watching the fan video during days go by. Keith asked us to
sing. I did some. My voice was kind of sore from shouting at Jerry.
They played shirt. It was great to hear it played live.

Keith played ta snipet of pink floyds's money. People were really
getting into it. He flashed a grin & said not tonight. thought I
heard someone say throw it in. The band did an amazing job on the
Joker.

The confetti came down and I caught some. Was neat to see all those
hearts float around. After that Keith & the guys took a break. Sis
asked me if Keith does encores. I nodded yes. He came back & played
Blister in the sun. Thanked us for all the support over the past ten
months. Dedicated girtt to Nicole. Everyone cheered at that. He
eneded with everybody.

Keith dropped one wrist band & the guard gave it to the woman next to
me. I said oh drat looking kind of sad. To my shock she said do you
want it. I said yeah & so she gave it to me. I couldn't believe it.
Thought I was dreaming lol. I said you sure & she was like yeah. So
she told me to piut it on & she took a pic. I'm sorry I can't think
of her name. If your reading this thank you, thank you so much.

I met some fans from Monkeyville; Luanne & Dennis. It was nice
chatting with them. Had a really great night. I'm so tired right now.
I'll post some pix tomorrow. Sis took close to 200. Got lots of
aussome shots. In one Pic Jerry looks like a member of blue man
group.
Whoa I wrote a long post.
Note: I made it on the big screen a lot. Wasn't expecting that. Keith
did the cell phone wave. Looked really cool.

for everyone to see. Anyone going to be at a show on the second leg. I
can't go to any of the shows.:( But I'll enjoy the reviews & pix of the
fans who can.

Dear Keith Urban Fan Club,
What does Nicole think about Keith's Alcohol abuse? Is she upset or is she
going through it with him? Are they seperated or still together? I hope they
don't have to many problems. I hope Keith don't end the marrige just because of
this. I like Keith a lot he is one of the cutest singers and best singer i have
known. I would really like to meet Keith in person, but i live in Jefferson S,C

NEWSCHANNEL 4

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The band, Aranda, has endured obstacles on their way
to stardom. In June thieves stole their trailer full of equipment
from their hotel parking lot. Now the Oklahoma City based band is in
the third round of the "Last Band Standing Contest" at
Lollapalooza.com. Fans are encouraged to vote for the band online.
Aranda is the only Oklahoma Band left in the top 20.

Lollapalooza is one if not the largest rock festivals in the United
States. It was created by former "Jane's addiction" front man Perry
Farrell.

Aranda has made the cut from over one thousand bands that entered.
They have reached the top 20 and the final round is currently going
on. The final five bands are decided by fan voting and those five
bands will compete live in Chicago for two spots in The Lollapalooza
Festival.

It's huge exposure to say the least. Voting ends Saturday morning at
2:00 a.m.

The following is an excerpt of the band's bio: Is it possible to hear
classic rock you've never heard before? Can you ignore the powerhouse
force of brothers Gabe and Dameon Aranda?

Listening to their music is like hearing an explosive hybrid of the
atom bomb and all of Woodstock combined.

"We made each other better by having that competitive spirit," Gabe
Aranda says. "We don't think about who's the better singer. We think
about who is going to sound better on this part, whether this song is
screaming for a wailer, a rock singer, or maybe a more soulful voice."

Guitarist Dameon Aranda says that every time he learned a few new
chords, he would use them to write a song.

"We want to go out there with high energy, keep rocking, and keep
everybody entertained. We want to involve the audience and make it
fun for them," Dameon says. "Our hope is that you'll keep coming back
for more."

Aranda has an album scheduled for released in late 2007.

You can place your vote for Aranda here:

The band's singer, Gabe Aranda says they lost about $42,000 worth of
equipment in California this June.

"It was gone," he says.

Without instruments, the band had no way to play.

"My brother lost a couple of really valuable guitars that he's had
for a long time and that's the kind of stuff you can't replace,"
Aranda says.

With an album coming out in August, cutting the tour short was a blow
to their career. The misfortune struck a chord with some California
bands who offered to keep an eye out for the stolen strings.

Other local bands are also trying for harmony, offering their own
equipment when it's available.

"Kind of true to the Oklahoma reputation that we kind of stick with
each other and help each other out through hard times," Gabe says.

There is a benefit scheduled to help the band with new instruments
and equipment. That benefit will be held Sunday, July 22nd at Bora,
Bora in Oklahoma City. It will be from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. It
will be $5.00 at the door and donations are welcomed. There will also
be a silent auction.

All proceeds will go to Aranda to help replace their stolen gear.

Just wanted to thank everyone for voting and wanted to encourage you
to keep doing so. You may have been a bit discouraged, as I was
whenever I saw the countdown results for this past Friday, March
2nd - SB at #5 and OIAL at #15. :( I think they tally the votes
each Monday for that following Friday, so our voting last week may
not show until this coming Friday, March 9th. Don't give up, let's
keep voting every 24 hours at every computer we can get our hands on
and make those videos #1 and #2 for Keith! Vote, vote, vote my
fellow Monkeys!!!! :)

There is also a poll on GAC's homepage (www.gactv.com) to vote on
what tour you're most looking forward to. Here are the results so
far with over 34,000 votes:

Keith Urban 52.6% !!!!!
Brad Paisley 33.3%
Kenny Chesney 9.4%
Tim McGraw & Faith Hill 3.5%
Dierks Bentley 1.3%

As long as the poll is still there, please take a minute and cast

it would be great to see him land the top 2 spots on their
countdown. Please pass this along to all your other Keith friends
and contacts and let's make this happen!

There is also a poll on GAC's homepage (www.gactv.com) to vote on
what tour you're most looking forward to. Here are the results so
far with over 34,000 votes:

Keith Urban 52.6% !!!!!
Brad Paisley 33.3%
Kenny Chesney 9.4%
Tim McGraw & Faith Hill 3.5%
Dierks Bentley 1.3%

As long as the poll is still there, please take a minute and cast
your vote there too. :)

Thanks and have a great week,
Jill

I'm still waiting for the second leg of the tour to see if he's coming to
Norfolk, VA. I did see that he's coming to Richmond, and that may have to work
for me.

I'll post when I start getting tickets. Lots of people are having problems
with this presale. NOt sure what the prob is.

I agree with the second poster.....to applaud all through him trying to play and
sing might not be a good idea, but of course to just not stop when he expects
the applause to die down would be better in my humble opinion. I just love his
music and playing so much, I would not want to miss one second of it. Greta

Maybe it would be better to do a long standing applause when he first comes
out or after the first song. But I'm thinking that all through the first
song, although it's for a good cause and is meant well, it is still a bit
much and may be perceived as rude. That's just my opinion and I will be
gland to pass it on to others either way. Let me know if you choose to
change it up.

We would like to ask anyone who will be attending Keith's Chicago
concert on February 8, 2007 to participate in an idea we have. We are
asking that everyone stand up and applaud throughout his entire first
song to show he has our undying support. We don't want to be
disrespectful, we just want him to "feel the love". It's so great to
have him back doing what he does best and we want him to know he has
our love, prayers and support. You know you're already going to be on
your feet the minute he steps out on stage anyway! Wouldn't it be cool
if he has to pause mid-song to acknowledge that he's feeling the
vibe? :) Whether you're going to be there or not, we would really
appreciate you helping spread the word about this. Thanks and God

Keith Urban: Nicole Is a 'Ray of Sun'

To get a sense of Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman's marriage, give his
new album a listen.

"There's a handful of songs on the record that were inspired by her
and by the way my life changed when we met – so much for the better,"
Urban tells the German magazine Stern in a new interview. "She was a
good ray of sun in my life. I didn't intend to write any songs about
her. I just wrote, and obviously what was coming out was how I was
feeling."

The record, Love, Pain & the whole crazy thing, was released while
Urban was undergoing a 90-day treatment for alcohol addiction. He
left rehab this month, and credits Kidman for helping him handle the
ordeal.

"We've gone through a lot in the last three months," he says, "and I
think it's been the strength of our marriage (that) has carried both
of us through."

Urban dismisses rumors that surfaced while he was in rehab that he'd
had an affair with a lingerie model while he and Kidman were dating.

"I know and God knows where my heart is at," Urban says. "I waited 39
years before I got married. It means everything to me to be married.
Like everybody, I really want to do it only once. I'm very loyal in
that respect, and committing to somebody means once that ring is on,
I'm gonna stay."

The country singer says he and Kidman, both 39, would also love to
have children – "when the time is right." For now, he's itching to
get back on stage.

"I spent six months working on an album, and you know, I was in rehab
when the record came out," he says. "So I am really looking forward
to finally performing."

George Jones' Advice to Keith Urban
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -January 18, 2007 - George Jones says the best
advice he could give Keith Urban is to have him see what alcohol and
drugs did to Jones' career in the early years.

He says "it's hard to give the younger artists advice that they are
going to take because they are still young in life." Jones says he
lost a lot of important years because of drugs and alcohol. He
sobered up for good after a near-fatal car accident in 1999

Jones says he prayed he could quit drinking and doing drugs, he just
didn't think a terrible car accident was the way to curing him. Urban
left an alcohol rehab clinic over the weekend.

He entered the clinic last October just before the release of his
number one album "Love, Pain and the Whole Crazy Thing." Urban is
planning to go back out on tour this April in Europe.

Keith Urban Out of Rehab, Scheduling World Tour

Keith Urban has been released from a California rehabilitation center
and will kick off an international tour in April with a series of club
performances in the United Kingdom and Germany, his publicist, Paul
Freundlich, confirmed Tuesday (Jan. 16). Urban's roadwork -- billed as
the Love, Pain & the Whole Crazy Thing World Tour -- will take him to
arenas in Australia in May. Although specific dates have not been
announced, his tour of U.S. and Canadian arenas will take place in
June. As previously reported, Urban will also perform a Feb. 8 concert
in Chicago to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The
Chicago appearance makes up for a Nov. 11 show that was canceled after
Urban voluntarily sought treatment for his alcohol abuse in October.
According to People magazine, Urban accompanied his wife, actress
Nicole Kidman, to a party in Los Angeles following Monday night's (Jan.
15) Golden Globe Awards show.
